Workshop Policies
Payment Policy: The specified workshop fee is for instruction only. All other expenses including transportation, accommodations, and meals are the responsibility of each participant. Payment in full is required at the time of registration. Payment can be made by personal check or PayPal payment. Please email me so I can send you an invoice via PayPal if that is your choice of payment.
Workshop Cancellation Policy: A non-expiring credit in the amount of the workshop fee to be used towards any future Penelope Taylor Photography LLC workshop will be issued to you, if you are unable to attend this workshop for any reason. No refunds will be issued for any reason. Please check your calendar (holidays, weddings, graduations, birthdays) before you register. It is suggested that you purchase Travel Insurance to cover the cost of non-refundable airplane tickets, non-refundable hotel room deposits, and the cost of this workshop.
Hotel Cancellation Policy: Please review the cancellation policy of the hotel at the time you book your room.
Penelope Taylor Photography LLC reserves the right to cancel any workshop if the minimum enrollment of three participants has not been met; in which case, you will receive a full refund of the workshop fee. All other expenses you might have incurred (airfare, hotel room deposit) will not be refunded by Penelope Taylor Photography LLC.
