When we will collect information

We will only collect your personal information if you order an item from our online store; if you voluntarily sign up to receive our newsletter; or if you contact us through the Contact page.

What information we may collect

If you place an order, we may collect your name, company name, email address, billing and shipping address, and phone number.  If you voluntarily set up an account in our store, we will also collect the user name and password you choose or the one chosen for you. If you sign up for our newsletter or contact us via the Contact page, we will collect your email address.

Payment information

If you place an order in our store, you have the option of using a credit card or paying through PayPal. If you choose PayPal, you will be directed off our site to PayPal’s site. We will not see or have access to your PayPal information. If you order by credit card, you must enter your information on the secure page of our store. However, once you submit the order, your credit card information leaves our site and goes to the PayPal payment processing portal. We do not retain this information.

How we will use your information

Information you enter in our store will be used only for the purpose of fulfilling your order or contacting you about an order you have placed. We do not share, sell, or rent this information and will never use it for another purpose. The email address you enter on our newsletter sign-up form will be used only to send you our monthly newsletter and an occasional supplemental newsletter. We do not share your email address with any other party for any purpose. If you contact us via the Contact page, we will use your email address only for answering your inquiry.

Your Access to and Control Over Information

You may opt out of any future contacts from us at any time. You can do the following at any time by contacting us via the email address or phone number provided on our website:

  • Change or correct any data we have about you.
  • Have us delete any data we have about you.
